Q&A - AI Demo Day (Pt. 2) is tomorrow

Published about 1 month ago • 1 min read

Hey Reader,

Last week we hosted our first of three free Demo Days where students who joined the AI Incubator in January are showing you everything they've built in the past two months.

Tomorrow is AI Demo Day Part 2 - and this email answers all the most common questions about this series of events.

Add to calendar / get Zoom link >

Event starts tomorrow (Tuesday April 9) at 12 PM Eastern sharp.

Q: What will I see at AI Demo Day?

Four students who joined the Innovating with AI Incubator in January will be showing their brand new AI products and processes that they built in less than 2 months.

(If you attended last week, these are four new presentations, no repeats.)

Q: How do I attend?

Join us at the free, live event by getting the Zoom link here. Please note that there are only 500 seats for this free live webinar and last week we filled it up, so you might want to join a few minutes early to make sure you get in.

Q: What's the format?

Each student will show their new AI product or process for about 15 minutes each (the event lasts about an hour). For each one you will learn:

  • The problem they are solving
  • How they are using their unique subject matter expertise to build a moat that makes their idea hard to copy
  • The solution they built with AI tools
  • The traditional tools they're mixing in with AI to create a unique offering

If this sounds familiar that's because it's all part of the AI Business Model Matrix that we teach in the Incubator.

Q: What happened last week?

Here's the full video replay of last week's Demo Day where 4 students showed their brand new products and processes - all built with no-code AI in less than 60 days.

Q: What's coming up next week?

On April 16 (next Tuesday) we have our third and final Demo Day, so you'll get to see a total of 12 students' accomplishments when you watch all three events.

Then we're opening the next AI Incubator cohort so you can turn your own AI idea into reality in record time.

For now, be sure to join live and join early so you don't get the dreaded "webinar at capacity" message. Here's the link to add it to your calendar.

See you there,

– Rob

PS. The Innovating with AI Incubator is opening later this month.

If you want to be the first to know when the course is open, click here to join the waitlist via text message or WhatsApp - we’re putting together an early bird bonus for those who do.

Hey Reader, I never would have predicted this, but a huge percentage of Innovating with AI Incubator students have a background in medicine – from MDs to psychologists to medical equipment salespeople. They all face the same challenge: how do you keep your data private while interacting with AI? This is especially important for people who need HIPAA compliance (medical data privacy laws) and its international equivalents. But we all want to do as much as we possibly can to protect ourselves...

Hey Reader, Building an AI smartphone replacement is a tall order. We saw the Rabbit R1 attempt this feat – and despite lots of preorders, I'm not sure that device is going to make a dent in any market other than "people who buy lots of early-stage AI products." And at the behest of my Incubator students, I bought the AI-powered Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses, which are chunky and uncomfortable but do technically play music and allow me to talk to Meta's large language model with voice commands....

Hey Reader, I'm excited to share a new (free!) podcast episode – I sat down for 90 minutes with Zack Arnold, the founder of Optimize Yourself and an acclaimed film and television editor who's worked on shows like Empire, Burn Notice, Glee and Cobra Kai. Listen Now 🎙 We talked about AI, the metaphors and explanations I've discovered that make advanced machine learning easy to visualize for everybody, and what's coming for film, tech and other industries in the next year. Here's the full...
